The Practice of Happiness – Sukha Sadhana and the SADA SUKHI SYSTEM

At Club Ayur, happiness isn’t just a fleeting feeling; it’s a steady practice—a journey of cultivating sukha (lasting joy) as a way of life. This journey, known as sukha sadhana, is about consciously monitoring our mental activity and aligning it with positivity and joy.

Through the SADA SUKHI SYSTEM, we embrace happiness with a clear mantra and supportive techniques designed to bring ease, vitality, and inner peace into each day.

What is the SADA SUKHI SYSTEM?

The SADA SUKHI SYSTEM is a structured approach to cultivating happiness that combines:

1. A Mantra for Positivity: “I feel good, I am happy.” This simple, empowering statement serves as a constant reminder that happiness is within our reach. It’s a modern take on the Coué Method, and when repeated, it helps us shift our mental activity toward positivity, anchoring our thoughts in well-being.

2. The Technique: Breathe. Smile. Ease. This technique is a gentle, practical way to reinforce the mantra in our daily lives. Whenever we pause to breathe, smile, and relax, we ease tension and realign with the energy of happiness.

Together, the mantra and technique guide us to practice happiness actively, allowing us to cultivate a joyful mental state that we can carry through each part of the day.

Structuring Happiness in Daily Life: Dinacharya (Daily Routine)

The SADA SUKHI SYSTEM is anchored in a structured dinacharya, or daily routine, that infuses happiness into our mornings, midday, and evenings. Here’s how it works:

1. Wake Up on Cloud 9: Begin the day by affirming happiness and well-being. Upon waking, repeat the mantra, “I feel good, I am happy,” while practicing Breathe. Smile. Ease. Visualize yourself starting the day with a clear mind, positive thoughts, and gratitude. This sets the tone for a joyful, balanced day.

2. Power Up at Midday: Use the midday moment as a time to recharge. Take a mindful pause, repeating the mantra and practicing Breathe. Smile. Ease. This midday practice keeps you connected to your inner state of sukha, refreshing both body and mind and reinforcing positivity during the busiest part of the day.

3. Wind Down in Gratitude: As the day ends, close with a reflection on the day’s positive

moments. Express gratitude for what you’ve experienced and the happiness you’ve cultivated.

This final practice of the day helps consolidate a mindset of well-being and prepares you for

the next day on a positive note.

Each part of this routine strengthens our connection to happiness, making it a natural part of daily life. Through this steady practice, we create a foundation of joy that grows deeper with time.

The Path of Discovery, Practice, and Mastery

Club Ayur invites each member to explore happiness through three progressive stages:

1. Discover: Begin by exploring happiness as something that can be nurtured and developed.

2. Practice: Engage in daily routines and the SADA SUKHI SYSTEM to actively cultivate

happiness.

3. Master: Deepen your experience of happiness, making it an unshakeable part of who you are.

This structured path allows each member to become a sukha sadhak, a practitioner of happiness, dedicated to maintaining a joyful state of mind and heart.
